Sherman Dental Centre is conveniently located at the intersection of Upper Sherman Ave. and Rymal Rd E in Hamilton mountain. We provide emergency and comprehensive family dental care at our modern facility. We care for your smile and our goal is to help you achieve beautiful and healthy smiles.

Dr. Jomy Vallippalam
Dentist
Dr. Jomy Vallippalam received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) with honors, from the University of Western Ontario, London in 2010. He completed Implant Residency from the faculty of dentistry, University of Toronto in 2019. He also has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery(BDS) from the MGR Medical University, India in 2000. Dr. Jomy has gained a wealth of experience from working at hospitals and large multidisciplinary dental practices before he started Sherman Dental Centre. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatment, and surgical procedures. He is very passionate in continuing education courses. He is well trained in Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and Oral Sedation. He is an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons (RCDSO), Ontario Dental Association (ODA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Canadian Dental Protective Association (CDPA), Canadian Dental Association (CDA), and Hamilton Academy of Dentistry (HAD). Besides dentistry, Dr. Jomy enjoys spending time with his family and also loves playing volleyball with his friends. Dr. Jomy looks forward to meeting his new patients and work alongside with his wife, Rosiline, and her wonderful team to provide excellent dental services.
Rosiline Jacob
Dental Hygienist
Rosiline graduated with honors from Dental Hygiene Program at Southern Ontario Dental College and received the clinical award. She also has a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from India. She further continued her studies in Clinical Research Associate Program at McMaster University, Hamilton and got the opportunity to work in a Public Health Lab in London, Ontario. She later realized her interest in dentistry and became a dental hygienist. She is a very compassionate and friendly person. She strongly believes in building a trusting relationship with all her patients. Rosiline is looking forward to work alongside her husband, Dr. Jomy, to ensure quality dental service to all her patients. Outside of her work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys singing and is an active member of her church choir.
Dr. Bobby Chandy
Dentist
Dr. Bobby is a sincere, dedicated and determined dentist with over 20 years of practice including 15 years as a Specialist Orthodontist in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. During his tenure at Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region, Saudi Arabia he has treated over 27000 patients for which he was awarded BEST EMPLOYEE in 2015. As a dentist, Dr. Chandy believes that oral health is connected to both mental and physical well being and he is well regarded by his patients and peers for being exceptionally caring and meticulous. He received a Certificate of Registration, General Class from Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario after successfully completing the qualifying examinations by the National Dental Examination Board of Canada. Dr. Chandy received advanced training in Differential Diagnosis, Directional Force Systems and Edgewise Mechanotherapy from Charles H Tweed Foundation for Orthodontic Research, Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A in 2010. He is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and European Orthodontic Society. In his spare time, he likes to play tennis, golf and go swimming.
